SU ANN'S FULL-MONTH PARTY

Su Ann turned one month old on 10 January 2008, but we held her full month party over the weekend on 5 January 2008 (Saturday). Almost a hundred well-wishers came to the house to celebrate the occasion with us, and Mommy hired Timothy the Magician to entertain the kids.


My old friend, Alphonsus, was the first to arrive.

Then came my cousins (kids of Mommy's cousins). The "Big CheChes" who came were Zihui, Ziyi, Emmalyn, Rachel and Katelyn. The "Big GorGors" who came were Joshua, Mark, Zijian, Javier and Jaden.

Some of my friends from the Singapore Motherhood forum, whom I hadn't seen in a while, were here too! It was a pleasure to see them again! There was Aaron, Ruiying, Steffi, Cindy, Shermyn, Rae Ann, Wilfred and his older brother. It was my first time meeting Ruiying's younger sister, Ruixin, as well. Ruixin was so cute. I couldn't resist chasing her around!

Daddy's friend, Uncle Charlie, introduced his 2 kids to me - Charmaine, who's a few months younger than me, and her 6-week-old sibling.


With more than 20 kids descending upon my toys in a frenzy, you can imagine how much fun we all had! My kitchen playset and supermarket playset were put to good use! The only ones who didn't join in the madness were Su Ann and Charmaine's 6-week-old sibling. They were both asleep almost the entire time...
